Short walking distance to metrolink and close to Altrincham and only 25 mins from Manchester city centre. Recently decorated, fully furnished with fully fitted kitchen, six seat dining area, Sky TV/Fibre broadband. Elevator and ample parking. Furnished to a high standard, with choice of bedroom furnishings. In the photos of the double room the bedroom furniture is smaller to allow for more space. I have some more contemporary bedroom furniture available as an option (see master room photos) the bed is Queen size so takes up a lot more space, but is more comfy with memory foam mattress. Also there are tennis courts as part of the property but you have to sign up to the club.
It's a really nice place but I can't quite afford it on my own. Housemates make a house so I'm always up for hanging out. I'm a business owner and professional musician, I own a recording studio in Manchester and play in a touring band. My working hrs can be all over the place but I do get tickets to gigs so if you're into live music my housemates are always welcome to join. I'm very clean tidy and easy going.
