I work in the health & beauty industry and work long hours so like to come home to a chilled environment. I’m an outgoing person & go to festivals, nights out & trips away every so often (when were not in lockdown) Occasionally I might have friends over for dinner/watch a film/ have a brew but I don’t have parties.
The other housemate is male, quite reserved, keeps himself to himself, he works as gardener and is considerate & friendly.
I’d like the house to be everyone’s home so I’m looking for friendly housemates rather than just tenants but that doesn’t mean you have to socialise, I’m happy to live with people who like their own space.

Electric, gas, council tax, tv licence, WiFi and water rates are all included in rent.
