The appartment is quite spacious, and is on the ground floor. We have a garden, and we are a 5 min walk to media city. I am a teacher, who works as the Head of department in a college and so I tend to be quite busy in the week however I like to keep it quite chill I'm the weekends. I am musician and spend a lot of time playing guitar, but that is about the limit of the noise I tend to make. Looking for someone, ideally a professional, as like I said im quite busy term time and need a quite place Monday to Friday. It is a five minute walk to the tram stop (Salford Quays). Bills currently don't rise above £100 in total, however this may change with the energy crisis.
