I have a small terrace house in a central location of Saltash which currently is occupied by me. I work away on a ship for half of every month and as such often spend extended periods of time away from my house meaning you'll get the house to yourself the vast majority of the time hence the slightly more expensive price.

There is a small, well equipped kitchen and open plan living space as well as an garden for socialising.

There is space for a car on the drive if you have one.

Inclusion of bills can be discussed. Happy to include electricity and gas if you are considerate of usage. Other bills can be discussed. All my bills for me a single occupancy come to approx £270 a month. Council tax would be half of approx £142PCM

Ideally looking for a young professional similar to myself but really open to all. Couples welcome but be aware it is only a small wee house so may be a smidge cramped when I'm home too. Couples rent will be discussed.

Non smokers only. Ideally no pets but happy to discuss.
