I have a large double room available to rent in a ground floor flat in Moncrieff Terrace which is right on the doorstep of the Meadows.
The flat comprises a shared living room, a kitchen with all appliances, a boxroom (which provides good storage) and a bathroom with an electric shower and WC.
Entrance hall provides access to all rooms. There is central heating, double glazing and an internet connection.
The room is fully furnished.
The flat has a private garden to the front and a shared garden to the rear of the property. There is a secure entry system (entry phone).
The flat is situated close to Edinburgh University, walking distance to the City Centre. The local area has a wide range of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and excellent bus routes.

PLEASE NOTE:
The flat is not an HMO (house in multiple occupation) so I'm looking for 1 person or a couple to share this flat with a friendly girl who is already staying in one of the rooms.
