One double room in a first-floor, 3-bed student flat on Marchmont Road. The flat is a 30-second walk from both Sainsbury's and Scotmid, and very close to the bus stop for access to King's Buildings and New Town.

The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and side table, while the rest of the flat consists of a spacious kitchen/lounge (with washing machine and a dishwasher), a bathroom, plenty of storage space and a box room for extra space.

We're both second-year students, looking for another student to fill the room of a flatmate who recently dropped out of university. We're both quite sociable, and enjoy cooking meals together, going out for drinks when we're not studying, and having good chat.
