Hey everyone … I'm looking to rent out my second bedroom in my gorgeous (if I say so myself) two-bedroom apartment.

Located at the edge of the Meadows, just a short walk from Edinburgh University with lots of great cafes and bars. Bus routes are in abundance along with only being a 15 minute walk into the centre of Edinburgh.

You will be sharing with myself...My name is Scott, I'm a 29 year old Chartered Surveyor from Edinburgh. I work long hours during the week, and enjoy active weekends socialising with friends and family.

I'm looking for a sociable and relaxed flatmate, who enjoys living in a calm and tidy environment. The rent is inclusive of all bills. A deposit of £850 and references would be beneficial to secure the room. This is a long term rental, not available short term.
