Room to let to a full time student in a flat overlooking the Meadows. The flat is to be shared with 2 other students, both female. We are looking for a student because we are all eligible for the Council Tax exemption.
All windows in the flat overlook the Meadows from Warrender Park Terrace.
It is an ideal location for the university. The Old Town is just across the Meadows. Bills are not included in the rent. The total bills usually are £60 cpm, depending on use, per person. Bills are: electricity, gas (central heating) and stairs cleaning.
The Warrender Baths swimming pool and a grocery store are at the end of the road.
We ask for one month rent as a deposit.
The flat is non smoking. There is no TV. We have a wash machine.
