Looking for a new flatmate to share a 2 bed flat in morningside at a very agreeable rent! Perfect size and pricing for students, with close proximity to amenities (Shops, public library, parks, Blackford hill is a 15 minute walk away) and good bus routes to the centre of the city. Double glazed with a good energy certificate, very safe environment and friendly neighbours with a clean bright stairwell. I try to be as friendly as possible too!

Students (Undergrad/postgrad) are preferred but not necessarily a dealbreaker, all nationalities and genders welcome.
