I’ve unexpectedly had to leave Edinburgh for a month so am trying to do a short-term sublet while I’m away. The room is available immediately until March 16th. Looking for someone to move in asap. Charging £130 per week.

The room is very spacious in a lovely flat with 3 lovely young professionals who are all social and very clean. There’s also a large well equipped kitchen and living room. The flat is in a great area in Marchmont right by the Margiotta.
