We (Jackson, Jamie, Tom and Lucy) are looking for a new flatmate for a cosy double room! Some of us are students, some recent graduates and Tom has a real job (!). We’re all between 24-28 years old so hoping for people in a semi-similar situation.

Ideally looking for someone social who enjoys hanging out to cook, chill with some drinks and movies on the projector from time to time.

We’re all quite into music (obvs with our different tastes respectively, some Techno, Funk, Disco, Soul, House, Blues, Country...) and also enjoy a weird/good movie here and there (she says, not having logged into her MUBI account for a month)

Pretty tidy flat but nothing crazy-- we all chip in when bins need emptied, communal areas need tidied up etc. No issues with having people come to visit/stay over, maybe just give everyone a heads up beforehand.

Bills are approx. £20-25 p/m plus Council Tax is £45. Students welcome (and some already here) but would have to be willing to pay their share of CT.

The flat has a large and newly fitted kitchen with a window seat area and all kitchen amenities (cooker, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer). We are a pretty communal flat so some food and general expenses are shared - we would love it if you are down for this too! We also have a large back garden that we share with the rest of the flats in the building-- there are garden beds where you can plant herbs and veg if you wish.

The area is lovely - it's a short walk to Blackford Hill, about 15 minutes from Meadows and 10 from Cameron Toll as well as near some good pubs, Tesco, Sainsbury's. Margiotta is (literally) downstairs.
