You would be sharing the house with myself, my well trained and friendly golden retriever and 2 cats.

My house is conveniently situated to the city centre and the university ... you can walk into Princes Street in 40 mins and Kings Buildings in less than 10 mins . There is an excellent bus service as well.

There is off street parking available on the property and a safe place to store a bike..

If you have a pet ...I am willing to consider a dog like a retriever that is quiet, friendly and used to cats.. However, my cats will not tolerate another cat on their territory so no cats allowed..

Non-students will have to pay a contribution to council tax ....students do not pay council tax.
