Hi there,

I have a double bedroom available for rent, suitable for a friendly and respectful postgrad/professional. The flat is very spacious, with wooden floor throughout, gas central heating and double glazing. It comprises kitchen/living room, bathroom with bathtub/shower and a box room. The bedroom is oriented West, so it benefits from some lovely light in the afternoon.

The location is outstanding, in a quiet street just off Morningside Road. Zone parking is available, and the nearest bus stop is 2 minutes away, with services 5, 11, 15, 16, 23 and 36. Local amenities include charity shops, cafes, restaurants, library, cinema, and supermarkets (Waitrose, M&S, Tesco, Sainsbury's).

You'd be living with me, Julien, 31 yo professional, been sharing flats for nearly 10 years. I don't smoke, don't do drugs, and drink with moderation. I work office hours from home, and will do so for the foreseeable future. I spend most of my free time playing guitar, so you'd have to put up with that. :)

Looking for someone respectful, self-dependent, and with common sense. I like having my own space, but I'm up for sharing dinner once in a while, and play some board games (I have loads!). I've been potty-trained, I hope that's the case for you too. :)
