Hello there, I have two double bedrooms in my flat that I'm looking to rent out. Students only please for council tax purposes.

The flat is 4 bedroom with a kitchen/living room, bathroom, and separate toilet. It is situated overlooking the east corner of The Meadows and is minutes away from George Square and the city centre.

Currently only resided by myself: I'm a 5th year medic, I'm very social and enjoy drinking and partying (although obviously not at present). Because I'm also the landlord, you would be signing a lodger agreement as opposed to a lease for a private let.

Monthly rent is £430 excluding bills. Deposit would be £400.
