Hello! I’m looking for someone to take my double room in a 4 bedroom, first floor flat in Morningside. My flat mates are all students (2 from Edinburgh, 1 from Napier). They’re all very relaxed and friendly people! It’s a spacious double room, with plenty of storage and a large desk for studying. Close by (1min walk) is Waitrose and many many coffee shops!

Very bright room ☀️ New mattress (9th of November), new carpet throughout bedroom and flat, brand new bathroom and fast WiFi.

If you’re looking for somewhere to move in to around the November/December time, still message as I’m flexible around these dates

It’s £415 per month plus bills (£7.50 WiFi + around £20 for bills). Letting agent will facilitate tenancy swap.
I’m also happy to send over extra photos!

Let my know if you’re interested 😊
