There is plenty of storage space for your belongings in the bedroom itself and in the hallway, and is situated a minute's walk away from the University of Edinburgh's George Square or 3min walk to Old Town. The room has its own office space, couches and TV.

A second and third double bedrooms in the flat are occupied by a male PhD student (27) and female student (24).
