Hello!

We are looking for a fifth flatmate to join us in this 5 bedroom and huge flat. We are 4 people at the moment, a mix of professionals and PhD students, dealing mostly with psychotherapy, fantasy writing, film and literature more generally (as well as, as far as I am concerned, any kind of hot gos at hand that needs discussing). We like to hang-out whenever we have time, eat dinners together from time to time, but we are also pretty much busy during the weekdays and some of us during the weekend as well. I sometimes bake a cake and so do the others. We are looking preferably for someone matureish, who doesn't mind cleaning, prefers quiet, relaxing nights, but also doesn't mind occasional gatherings and a social vibe (while I would say we are all very different from one another, we do have a family vibe going on) . We like to invite people now and again - mostly weekends. We like to keep the flat clean, cosy, and chilled for us to be able to relax after work, but I wouldn't say our youthful spirits are exactly gone yet.

About the bedroom: it is a bright box room with a skylight. It has a single bunk bed. We will be hosting viewings throughout May, with a chat and all, so you can meet us and we can meet you.
