A single room in a three-bedroom flat will become available from mid February. We are looking for a female student or professional, please this is the rule and we cannot accept male applicants. For professionals, rent will be much higher (around £ 135-145) for the next few months as council tax is quite expensive. However, this will go down likely in May to at least half when I become professional myself, possibly another flatmate too.

Bills are not included, broadband is £11 and electricity fluctuates a lot, especially gets really high in winter months, but still, £60 (winter) would be maximum :) The room is quite tiny, with a single bed, however, the flat is very spacious with livingroom and balcony that no one uses really :)

Looking for someone easy-going, tidy, and definitely not a party person, preferably someone quiet with regular routine. We are two mature students, Lithuanian and Slovakian, working and studying at the same time. Message me if you like to find out more and have a chat :))
