This room was originally a living room, but has been outfitted with a double bed and desk, as well as a convertible couch bed making it a perfect room students or professionals. Couples are welcome.

Currently there are University of Edinburgh students living in the flat. Henry (20) a sociology and Politics student, Daniel (19) an engineering Stduent, and Humzah (24) a Master's Student studying financial technologies.

The flat has extremely fast WiFi and nearly every room has been outfitted with Google Homes as well as Phillip's Hue Smart Bulbs.

This flat is equipped with a very sizeable kitchen which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a modern dishwasher machine. It also has a gas burning stove and Nutri-bullet blender

We are a very orderly bunch and the flat is always kept in a tidy condition.
