I'm renting out my room as I'm moving out. The room is facing the garden so you won't be bothered by the siren.
I have a 75cm wide and 150cm long desk, it will stays in the room if the new tenants prefers. The mattress is a great one from IKEA:
MORGEDAL Foam mattress, firm/dark greyStandard Double. Bought it £179. I got rid of the bed frame due to the personal preference. But landlord will happily buy a new one for you if you prefer to sleep 'higher'.
We have 2 Phd students and 2 master students in the flat at the moment. We are looking for one more student. Student only.
The viewing will be on this Saturday(16th Oct) 3pm-4pm at
2F1 90 South Clerk Street, Newington, Edinburgh, EH89PT.
