Looking for someone to take over my tenancy at "The Old Printworks" student accommodation from end of Jan/very start of Feb.. The room comes very strategically furnished with an ensuite bathroom and a 3/4 bed, a wide desk, a large wardrobe and a lot of storage space (shelves, drawers and under the bed). There is a spacious and well equipped kitchen and living area with a TV shared amongst an 9 person flat. The flat is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the main University of Edinburgh campus, a few minutes from supermarkets and shops, and moments from the historic Old Town. The flat is located on the third floor, quiet and well insulated. The accommodation includes on-site gym, laundry facility, bike storage, a communal study room and common-room. The price includes all utilities and there is security/maintenance support from the reception available 24/7. The contract is £186/week (aprox. £790/month) and it is currently valid until August 27th, there is the possibility to rebook the room for subsequent years through Unite Students.
