Hey everyone, got a spare room that I’m looking for someone to fill ASAP! Nice little flat in Prestonfield, 5 minute walk from Cameron Toll and easy access to city centre, £400 rent, approximately £500 a month in total with bills and everything else, so quite cheap as well! The council tax is Band B. Ideally looking for someone who can stay at least 12 months, open to any/all genders and students/professionals alike.
I’m quite an easy going and sociable person, I love music a lot, and work 4 days a week. I’ve attached photos of the vacant room and the other communal areas to give you an idea.
