This a very centrally located flat in clerk street with walking distance to George square of Edinburgh Uni and very close to Waverlay train station, Edinburgh castle etc

It has three super size bed rooms, kitchen/dinning area, shower room and separate toilet, and a good siezed entrance hall.

It has gas central heating and fully furbushed with all necessary cooking facilities including electric cooker, washing machine, floor units etc.
Two double room are taken by nice students. I am looking for a couple or single to take the super big double room or twin room which costs 510 pounds per month. Students are preferred.

The bill for internet, gas and electricity are extra and will be shared between flatmates.
