Looking for someone to move in ASAP!

Hi ! My name is Katie, I am English/ Austrian studying a Masters in International Politics part-time, and currently live with 3 other Msc students (Phoebe studying Biology, Clara a Spanish student studying to be a Teacher and Oliver studying Brewing and Distilling).

We are a sociable flat that hangs out together a lot in the evenings and cooks together once per week, but we are mostly busy during the day so respect each others private space.

The available room is fully furnished, with a bed, nightstand, desk and closet. One room looks out onto Bernard Terrace, while the other faces the communal garden..

The flat has a large kitchen with a dining area, which is where we usually hang out, as well as a small but cosy living room where we like to watch movies together. There’s also a shower and a separate toilet. And we have a washing machine.

The rent for each room is £572, (incl. broadband, excl. utilities which come around 30-35 per person per month). No city council tax because we are all students.
