We have four huge rooms available in the four bed apartment in EH8. Each room is decorated to delux standard. We welcome all individuals as well as family or group. Kitchen is huge, the living room comes integrated to the kitchen. There are about two main bathrooms in the property

Locationwise; it is pretty close to the Edinburgh University campus. Mostly everything is pretty much accessible at walking distance.

Rent is £450 per room per calender month. Deposit is one month's rent in advance. Bills are shared among the rooms and thus, are excluded to the rent.
