I'm looking for someone to share this fantastic 2-bedroom flat with beginning May 12th! The flat has everything, a washing machine, and dryer, dish washer, oven, microwave, a dining table and chairs, you name it.

It is within minutes walking distance to reach the university and city centre with many bus services which run close by. There are many shops and amenities around and the flat is in a beautiful area with access to some great parks. As I'm a professional, another professional or a student willing to contribute to monthly council tax payments would be preferred.

Given the rising energy costs it is hard to pin down a total cost each month, but should be close to 660 each with all bills included.

A little about me. I am currently working as a freelancer. Most of my work involves working remotely writing, copywriting or teaching a group of programmers in Ukraine to better their English skills. At the same time, I write a weekly newsletter on international affairs and when I can find the time I am also learning the piano.

I'm looking for someone easy to live with who will be sociable but also have their own preoccupations.
