Clean, bright small double room in a cosy and quirky cottage in central Seaford. Will also consider Mon/Fri or Sun/Thu lets.

You will be sharing with the owners. I work from home for much of the time. We are quiet, tidy, and respectful and hope you will be the same. We are happy to be social, but will also respect your privacy. My previous housemate stayed for just over 3 years until he relocated for work.

There is a small, well-appointed kitchen, complete with washer-dryer, freezer, and microwave. The bathroom is a good size with a shower bath. The living room is bright and airy, with cable tv included.

There is a car park very close to the cottage and some on-street parking. There will be full use of all amenities, including the garden and broadband.

The cottage is very centrally located, just 3 minutes' walk from the railway station and other transport links to Eastbourne, Newhaven, Lewes, and Brighton.

The beach is also 3 minutes away by foot and there are plenty of cafes, bars, and shops within just a few minutes of the house.
