I'm looking for a clean, friendly, professional girl to fill a small double bedroom that will be available from June. It is available for short or medium term, I am flexible there.
The location is 4 minutes from a tram stop, 15 mins walk from town centre, 10 mins walk from train station and 3 mins walk from Norfolk park.
The room comes with single bed, built in wardrobe and furniture.
The rent includes all bills, council tax, broadband etc.
We are a happy, friendly bunch of three ladies, my 16 year old daughter, 10 year old Spaniel and myself.

There is a possibility to live here with us rent free for 5 weeks, please do get in touch if interested.
