Hi,
I have a large 1st floor bedroom available with a king-sized bed, clothes storage etc (£475/month).
There is also a nice family bathroom, which is shared between the two 1st floor bedrooms.
The ground floor is all shared and includes a kitchen/dining room, living room and utility room - all very well equipped! And there is a nice courtyard garden for the warmer months.
I am looking for easy going housemates who are a little house proud and want to enjoy living in a nice house.
The rent includes ALL bills - council tax, gas, electric, water and fast broadband.
.......and a lot of space to enjoy living in.
The house itself is located very near to Hunters Bar roundabout on Ecclesall Rd - which has lots of shops, restaurants, pubs & good transport links etc.
