Hi, we are three friendly and quiet British guys looking for a new housemate. One of us is training as a nurse, one is a doctor and the other is doing a PhD. It is a four-bed house with quiet neighbours either side.

Being Broomhall we're 5 minutes walk from the University of Sheffield, Hallam's collegiate campus, Hallamshire hospital, university tram stop, 10 minutes to West Street, Ecclesall road and roughly 20 minutes walk to the train station. There are local corner shops less than 5 minutes away and a Sainbury's and Co-op nearby too.

The vacant room is a double on the first floor which faces our rear garden. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, bedside units and large wardrobe. We also have more storage space in the living room.

There is a separate living room with two sofas, TV (with netflix) and a dining table. The kitchen is spacious and we share equipment, with one fridge/freezer between four. There is a washing machine but no dryer or dishwasher. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower cubicle. We have a cleaning rota for the shared rooms.

Bills (water, gas, elec and internet) are ~£45pppm and council tax is band C. The room is free now (can stretch to mid-September), with a minimum contract length of 6 months. We have been in the house since May 2018 and hope to stay for another year at least.

We are non-smokers but like to drink occasionally. As we are aiming to study fairly hard we are looking for peaceful and tidy housemates.
