Thanks for your interest.
These rooms are available in my home .I am living here also.
There is a single bed, bedside locker, the larger room has a double wardrobe: the smaller one a hanging rail for clothes. Electricity points in both and wifi .
Kitchen is a small one - cupboard space minimal. Please kindly bare that in mind, especially if travelling from abroad not to bring too many items. As this is a shared space, where all are encouraged to be respectful and kind to others. And keep all areas clean and tidy.
The living room , dining-room and bathroom table shared spaces.
There are gardens at the front and back of the house, which you are welcome to use. Washing line in the back, to hang laundry out to dry if weather permits ha ha. Which at the moment is hardly ever 😂
Bills are included but gratefully remind renters that this is a tricky time for us all, and would appreciate electrical items are unplugged when not in use and lights not left on etc :-). Common sense stuff.
Situated on a quiet cul de sac in Firth Park, Sheffield. Minutes away from Northern General Hospital, brilliant for anyone working there. Around 20mins via bus or less by car to the centre of town. Meadowhall is also close by (5mins) and easily accessed by car or bus: you can walk there also. There is space for parking on the roadside outside my house.
NB: Please be aware that once a timeframe has been agreed and monies given: That amount cannot be refunded. As the room has been booked out for a specific time frame. You will loose your deposit if you have to leave before the end of that time. Please feel free to discuss with me.
