I'm James.
I'm looking for a lodger, my previous lodger has sadly left to start a life with her partner.
I'm a long-distance Lorry Driver, and I took in a lodger for security reasons as I worked away all week. Due to a medical condition I've had to reduce my working hours so now I'm looking for a lodger to help pay bills as I've lost 15 hrs a week.

Its a lovely ground floor ensuite with a fantastic shower, built in storage, shared kitchen, living room, new flooring installed, garden is a mess but there's a large newly decked area with bench and table, rotary line for laundry, If entertaining agreement must be made but can accommodate. Must be tidy but not spotless, no excuses for mess. Shoes off at the door kind of thing.
The property is a 5 minute walk to crystal peaks tram and bus station with easy links to Sheffield and Crystal Peaks shopping centre.
Must be employed or full time education. Please message due to work or a quick mail. If you do take the room from this add I will reimburse the cost for contacting. A weeks subscription. Feel free to ask any questions.
