I have a double room available in a small but cosy flat located in Walkley, approximately 15 minutes to the University of Sheffield. The room is available from the 9th March until the 30th June. The rent is £85pw (not including bills *possibility for reduced rent - see end*). The flat comes with private parking on an already quiet road, lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
I am currently a part time MA student at the University of Sheffield, while also working at a local Sainsbury's. I enjoy baking, cooking, art and keeping fit.
