The room is self contained as in it’s suitable for someone wanting privacy and not sharing amenities
The room is our former living room and is on the ground floor next to our own living room
It has its own shower in the room and a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, toaster, microwave, kettle, plug in hob. It is suitable for preparing light meals.
The toilet is presently for sole use and is on the first floor ( this may change in due course and it will be shared with one other person only)
There is a 3/4 size cast iron bed
The rooms decor is tasteful and traditional( floorboards, cast iron fireplace, baroque curtains etc)
There is limited storage space although I can provide a trunk to go under the bed
Use of front garden and lock up bike shed
Monday to Friday ( or similar ) only please hence the modest rent
