HALF PRICE RENT IN JULY AND AUGUST.

I can’t fill my room in September so I’m looking for someone to fill it!

Double room, four bed house. Three existing housemates (2 girls 1boy). All really sound. All outdoorsy and like doing stuff together.

Huge kitchen, living room and big bathroom with a shower and a bath (bonus!). The room is south facing so nice and warm and sunny.

Current housemates are in the process of sorting the bills out through fused.

Landlady is really lovely, she’s doing improvements to the house so it will be perfect in September.

House is just behind the church in crookes.

Rent £65 a week, half price rent through July and August.
