I have a double bedroom available to let from July. The house is a three-bed terrace on a pleasant street in Hillsborough. Shared living room, bathroom, kitchen and garden. All bills included and on-street permit parking outside the house.

I am currently hybrid working, 2 days in the office a week and otherwise working from home.

The room is a good size and has a double bed, desk, chair and clothes rail. Extra storage is available elsewhere in the house if needed.

I'm looking for someone who is friendly, clean and easygoing. Happy to socialise, share occasional meals together or play games but equally happy keeping to myself.
