Hi my name is Hassan Heshmati, I’m looking for a tenant replacement for my student accommodation at Central Quay. The reason for this is because of financial reasons and that I would save more money if I just commute. All the flatmates are very wonderful and sociable and nice to be around. The reception at Central Quay are all very helpful and kind and will answer any appropriate questions you have. Just beside the accommodation there is a Tesco so it’s handy for getting groceries quickly. Also the city centre is about a 10 minute walk and it’s filled with all the big shopping staples and lots of places to eat.

Also the replacement tenant MUST be a Sheffield Hallam University Full time Student.
