Double room available for short term lets. House share with myself and small friendly dog. I work from home so preferably you would not work from home. Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, conservatory, loft room and large garden. TV in bedroom if you want with netfix, or tv in living room and conservatory so we have enough space to do our own thing. Parking either on drive or on grass verge at front of house. Family neighbourhood with local shops and good bus route, or tram 10 mins walk. Ideally 1-2 months at a time for compatibility which could be extended if we get on well. I would like to have some social time with you but not always as we can chill and do our own thing too. I'm definitely not a party animal so late night's and parties won't be held here. I have a clean, tidy home so would appreciate someone with respect for this also.
