Hi! I'm looking for a housemate or a couple to join me in my tenancy of a lovely 3 bedroom house in Crookesmoore!

This is an amazing location in the heart of Crookesmoor, only 5 minutes away from bus routes to city centre and a 5 minute walk to Crookes high street and Bole Hills. There is also free parking on street!

The house is incredibly spacious as it has 2 main bedrooms (1 attic room and 1 room on the second floor) and an extra spare bedroom. The front room is being converted into a study room with desk space. The living room is decorated with hard wood floors and it's on an open plan with the kitchen. Overall there is sooo much storage space!

I'm a social work postgrad which means that I will be in placement for most of the year. I often need some alone time to recharge but I'm also very sociable and love to spend time with housemates watching tv or doing activities.
I like cooking for my housemates and I care about keeping the house clean and tidy. I like going to the peaks and i've recently got into climbing and I also love going camping with mates.
I also love going to the pub with friends and going to gigs/sets.

The rent is 405 a month for an individual or 305 each for a couple moving in!
Students and professionals are both welcome x
