One room in a five bedroom student house on city road in Sheffield. The house is shared with four male students, aged 19-20. The room includes a desk, chair, wardrobe, bed and draws. The room is spacious and on the ground floor. The house includes five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, a back garden and patio area. The bedroom comes with a lock too.

We are seeking a replacement housemate for me as I am studying abroad next semester. Must be a student at either Sheffield Hallam or the Uni of Sheffield, and comfortable living with four men. The housemates are sociable and also respectful.

The contract lasts from the 5th of January until the 30th of June, it is £105 per week, including bills with a £150 deposit.
