This is a lovely sociable home but not a party pad. My new housemates will need to be friendly, outgoing and enjoy the occasional glass of wine, a good chat and a laugh. I enjoy company of people who socialise and become friends rather than people who lock themselves away in their rooms all the time.

I absolutely love my place and it's important finding people who are clean, tidy and responsible and will respect my home as their own. I don't want to have to tell anyone to wash their dirty dishes. I'm proud to call this house my home and like to know that visitors can turn up at any time and so the place needs to look respectable at all times.

A cleaner comes weekly but there is also a rota in place which is just for emptying the bins, easy-peasy.

BILLS:

Council tax, water, TV license & broadband are all included in the rent. Gas and electricity shared

Cleaner: ?20 each/month - She comes weekly for 2 hours and does the communal areas. Kitty: ?5 each - Loo roll, washing up liquid etc.

MOVING IN DATE:

The first-floor room is only available to move in ASAP. The Ground floor will be available as of today.
