I'm not far from junction 34 M1. It's a 10 minute walk to Meadowhall and railway station depending how fast you walk.

Monday to Friday means to me that my sparerooms are free at the weekends so I can have relative's or friends come stay for a visit. My relatives are from my hometown

The letting of the room can be short or long term. Would prefer a minimum of a month if possible. You are welcome to cook for yourself as long as you clean up after.

I like to think it's a friendly house just me and the dog oh not forgetting Tom. He lives in Lincoln, and works local to me. Tom has been here 4 years now. Tom does 4 days on 4 days off. He does permanent nights.

I am retired so can be contacted throughout the day. My last lodger said he liked my laid back approach to being a landlady.

Good facilities, WiFi, dishwasher, gas hob, fan oven and downstairs toilet. Garden, parking on the road. Clean bedding provided weekly. Room is south facing.
