3 double rooms available to rent now in a 4-bed house on Junction Road (S11). This location is an approximate 25/30 min walk to both uni and town so will suit a student or a professional. There is a Tesco (10min walk) and Aldi (25min walk) nearby, as well as plenty of cafes, pubs and a park so always something to do!

The house comes with everything furnished. There is one bathroom (shower and bath apart), a separate living and dining room, a kitchen with two fridges/freezers and a shed in the garden (if you'd like to store a bike) so plenty of space.

Room 1 in picture is £300 (1st floor) a month, room 2 is £280 (2nd floor/attic) and room 3 is £220 (1st floor). The deposit should be one months of rent and dependent on which room you’d have. I am currently living on the 2nd floor in the other attic room. Water bills are included in the rent, and other bills (electricity, gas and WiFi) are on average £40 per person per calendar month (excluding council tax).

About me - I've recently finished my masters at Sheffield and now plan on staying here and working full time. I'm a very relaxed, social, clean and chill guy. Love to just go for spontaneous pints, explore/adventures or simply have a chill night in and watch movies as a house. I'd be happy to meet up (or facetime) and have a chat to answer any questions and just show around the house if you're interested. The landlord (Lee) is very friendly and nice, if there is ever an issue in the house then he'll make sure to fix it straight away or within 24 hrs.
