Large double room with king size bed now available in fully furnished house, bills included. No broadband but 5g internet great. We do not have a television or licence. The house will be shared with the owners (a retired married couple) who will often be away, meaning you will very often have the house to yourself.

You can also use our third bedroom as an office/study space.

Full use of kitchen with fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven and 4 gas hobs.

2 toilets. Large walk in shower.

There is a parking space and it is only a short walk to the tram. It is a direct easy tram ride ( 17mins) to Sheffield University (no change of line required).

Gym, local shop and take aways 5 minute walk.
Asda 10 minute walk.

All bills are included except broadband.

We would prefer a single lodger but would consider a couple. Post-graduate students or under-graduates in their final year are welcome.
