Looking for someone to take over my room in a 4 bedroom house as I'm going on placement in America till January 2020, so it would be ideal to find someone who could live there from July 2019 - January 2020, but if you you prefer to live there for the whole year that is fine.
The tenancy starts 01/07/19 and ends 30/06/2020.
The house is on Charlotte Road - only a 10 minute walk from Sheffield Hallam City Campus and a 20 minute walk for collegiate campus. House includes, kitchen, living area, 1 newly renovated bathroom and 4 double bedrooms.
You'd get to live with three lovely housemates who will all be in their second year of university. All very tidy and friendly. We enjoy going on the occasional night out together but we also enjoy our chill time together with a movie - would be great to find someone who could be a nice addition to our little dynamic.
