Hi, we are a group of 4 students with a mix of different nationalities, currently looking for 4 other students to live in a 8 rooms shared house. Being the only house situated at Broad Lane road (less than 5 min from the Diamond!), the house features four large rooms, three small rooms and one medium sized room, with prices of £445 pm, £425 pm and £435 respectively. The house has many amenities, including two sets of hobs, 2 washing machines and a dryer. It has a living room with tv and speakers too.
