Hi looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the academic year 2020/2021, beautiful double room available

- It’s on Ecclesall road so not far from collegiate that’s where both nursing students go, they are my best friends and so friendly, moving out due to security a job offer nearer home

-There’s a £200 deposit and it’s £97 per week including gas, electric, and water bills, flat screen TV with sky and broadband WIFI

- Tenancy: first week in July 2020 - June 2021

- 2 shower rooms

- No bottom floor bedroom

- Bedroom door locks

- 1 parking space on drive

- Off-road parking also available

- Washer/dryer although landlord did say he would install a separate dryer if necessary

- place to hand washing out, outside bench area for BBQ’s in summer

- Lovely area close to shops and bars

Tbh pictures don’t do it justice it’s much better in person all rooms are evenly sized

The house has just had a full refurb photos to show (Dove properties haven’t uploaded new photos yet)

There is another room which isn’t on the photos! But the landlord is lovely so will let you view the property
