Hi! My current housemates are moving on, sad to see them go but it does mean I've got a couple of spare rooms. I’m into sports (although only really been gymming at the moment), work as a research engineer (just started a part time PhD) and enjoy spending time with my friends.

The house is on the boundary of Crookes and Walkley, a friendly residential area with good views, shops, pubs and parks nearby. It’s roughly a 25-minute walk into Sheffield city centre and there are regular buses.

Downstairs is an open plan kitchen and living area finished to a high standard. The £60/w bedroom is a reasonable size with a double bed, the £55/w room is small but still fits a small double bed. The bedrooms are comfortable, both with desks, a wardrobe, ottoman storage beds and good mattresses. There is a 1st-floor bathroom with a shower over the bath.

• 5 Hob gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer (integrated units).
• Washing machine and tumble dryer.
• Dining table, sofa, beanbag, TV, some bangin’ speakers, cordless Dyson and a bin that opens itself when you put your hand over it.
• There is a patio and garden… but they’re a mess.
• Ottoman storage beds and a comfy mattresses.
• Shed
• I’d like to share bills: TV and Broadband are with Virgin. Advertised speed is 100 Mb/s (just did an online test and it topped out at 95 Mb/s, I’ve had the occasional drop out but have been pretty happy with it while working from home personally). With three people, I think bills would come to roughly £18.00 each per week (prices can vary dependant on usage and rates).
• My preference would be longer term lets but I would consider short term lets. For lets under 3 months prices would be adjusted to £80/week.
• I’ve put 31st Jan as a nominal ‘available from’ date to give a bit of time for me to get things in order but could potentially accommodate a little earlier.
• Tuesday is pub quiz night, it would be great to have you along.
