There are two rooms availabe in a modern, spacious, and fully furnished house in S10 - just opposite the closed shop pub.

I'm a final year PhD student staying in the property until at least March of 2023. I'm looking for two friendly, respectful, and tidy professionals or students to take the two available rooms.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom right nextdoor, so no need to share. We have a nice garden, and a lot of space in the living room and kitchen.
