Our beautiful house, a few minutes walk from Sheffield train station, with nearby parks and our lovely garden, is on the look out for a new person to join for dinners, netflix sessions and trips to the Peaks.

We love cooking and hanging out in the house but are also very respectful if people need a relaxed night alone.

We're looking for someone who enjoys a communal feeling in their home, who likes to share and contribute, to replace our current lovely housemate who's moving in with her best friend.

We're a 30 sec walk from Granville Road tramstop which goes straight into town and past Sheffield University - Sheffield Hallam and the city centre is a few mins walk away. Sheaf Valley park is just behind the house and one of Sheffield's biggest parks, Norfolk Park is just up the road - great for running.

Our home is a newly built spacious eco house in a beautiful quiet street with a large lounge, massive modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a lovely garden with woodland behind for summer relaxing. A nice large house for people wanting to share with just one or two other people. We have super-fast full-fibre internet, a washing machine, dishwasher and there's lots of supermarkets nearby, including Asda, Aldi and Waitrose as well as PureGym down the road and nice pubs, cafes, restaurants and a cool bakery close-by. Included is your own off-street parking spot and we've got a shed for bikes. Bills including council tax, gas, elec, water, internet and Netflix are included. Sorry, not available for full-time working from home but one or two days a week for a small extra contribution to bills is okay.

The room is a lovely large, double room, with views of the garden and woodland behind the house - a little oasis in central Sheffield. It's fully furnished and nicely decorated with a quality mattress double bed, wardrobe, a large desk, 2 chests of drawers, a full-length mirror and cozy wool carpet for winter days.

You'll be sharing with a very chilled and friendly couple - two professionals, a pharmacist and a magazine editor, looking for a person who is friendly, clean, tidy and respectful. Vegetarian and vegan friendly house.
